At my Uni. the Business School has started hiring people for writing.  Some people (I don't know how many) have been hired to teach literature in medicine (Med School); literature in law (Law School).  The most lucrative job, I hear, is teaching IN the Business School.  Writing.  Even some literature.  Ways to make the MBA students more attractive on the job market.  If you can find a deal like that, you would not even need to get another Master's degree.
