Wofford College put in a new science building and remodeled parts of the old one recently. It's a bit smaller than what you describe, but you might contact their new dean.
Thanks, I'll do that....

Another recent building that is LEED certified:

It's currently one of two science buildings in use at the institution.

Ashland University (Ohio) just completed a major renovation of their science building in 2006.

Since y'all are helping me out, let me add a couple of others:
Seattle Pacific University (spu.edu, unfortunately for them) has a building that's been open about 3 years, is LEED certified, and has won several awards
Tacoma Community College has a brand new one that's LEED gold, and is truly spectacular. The views of Mt. Ranier from the lounges are quite something.
Harned Hall is a new addition at the University of Puget Sound, is probably eligible for LEED but doesn't have it due to the cost of the paperwork, and is a really interesting addition to the traditional building there; it makes the fourth side of a courtyard. Like Berry, it has a nice Foucault Pendulum.
Buena Vista University in Iowa has a nice new building, not LEED but with a variety of really interesting features.
I've been at work on this search for awhile, and we've visited a number of these places. If you're planning a building, I highly recommend going to look at analogous facilities to steal ideas and avoid snafus.
Thanks everyone, aands.
