Does anybody know what came of the KU faculty attempt to unionize? CHE ran an article over a year ago regarding the effort, but I cannot locate any info. as to whether or not the union happened. I'm assuming not.

I seriously doubt it went beyond a few dissatisfied instructors.  I googled the topic, out of curiosity, and didn't find anything of vlue.  How would the organizers even contact the online faculty?  I doubt the school would give out names and emails to the UAW.  (And it's not even the NEA or AFT..... pretty odd.)

Well, the article I read--a CHE article--stated that more than 60 instructors had signed on, so it seemed like a substantial effort.

They were probably not asked to return. Heh. *sigh*
