P.E./Athletics/Health Educator Looking to Travel

I am looking for opportunities to travel, study, teach...ANYTHING..that relates to my profession. However, as I investigate AAPHERD...fullbright programs...nothing is popping out at me as a viable opportunity. Does anyone have any suggestions? Am I in the wrong field all together?

I have a Bachelors in Phys Ed, a maters in Athletic Admn, and I am a tenured faculty member at a California Community College. I have taught courses in Health Ed., Medical Terminology, CPR/First Aid, Fitness, and Basketball (coach).
