Interesting that tribal colleges are seeking non-Native enrollment; especially, since they do not hire non-Natives.  I agree with the government position of limited funding allocation until some changes are made.  It seems that only whatever generates funding is what is acceptable.  How about hiring some non-Native college professors; opening the doors here, being open to new people and ideas before expecting more?
