Teaching Comp Scie in Latin America?

Ok, I’m currently a VAP in Computer Science. I haven’t been able to find a job for next year yet. Don’t know if it’s me, or the market just isn’t very good this year, but it’s the first time I’ve run into problem. (I’d be curious to hear your take if you are on the market in CS this year).
So .. I was wondering if anyone has taken, or knows of ways getting a (visiting?) position in Latin America teaching CS (in English)? I would think there would be a market for this, particularly in English since it would teach locals the main technical language used for CS, and also equip them in case they wanted to work in the US or Europe (I say this without any cultural chauvinism).
I have been studying Spanish and would love to live and work in a Spanish speaking environment. I’m single and therefore somewhat flexible and I am not known for my extravagant life style.
Is this a totally crazy idea? Would this make coming back to the US difficult in terms of career? I’m in my mid/late-40s, my main goal is quality of life, and a TT position in the US eventually would be nice, though given this year’s experience I’m not sure if that’s going to happen.
Does anyone know how I would go about finding out about possible positions in Latin America? Anyone done this?
Thoughts/Comments/Links?
Thanks!
ps: I’m fluent in German too .. so I maybe I should consider a job in Europe as another possibility? Reading the messages here makes me think about HK too ... hmmm ...
