Population Percentages and Grad School

Anyone know? Where could I look to find some very basic stats on the percentage of the population who:
- Finish high school
- Enter but do not complete undergrad program
- Complete undergrad
- Enter but do not complete graduate program
- Receive a PhD ?

The Feds publish a volume called Statistical Abstract each year.
