I'm trying to track down an old citation.  The wonders of Endnote have meant that I've lost the crucial author's first name.  So hoping someone out there has got it.

Middleton, A. (1986). 'Marking boundaries: Men's space and women's space in a Yorkshire village'. Deprivation and Welfare in Rural Areas. Phillip Lowe, Tony Bradley and Susan Wright. Norwich: Geo Books.

What does the 'A.' stand for?  Can anyone help?  My uni library doesn't carry the book...
