Hi. Could anyway point me to where I can find the official salary scales for assistant/associate professors (UD and UHD) in the Netherlands?
Also, I would need to find a calculator to transform fross into net salaries

I've found that the entry point you negotiate is a bit flexible, but worth it, as you'll have to stick with it for a while.
Did you have good negotiations, or was this in theory?

Money was pretty negotiable - so no problem moving me to the top of the scale. But we didn't agree on other things, so I decided not to take it.
