I am having an interview with one business school in london soon. The school only schedules a video conferencing interview and has not told me what I need to preapre for the interview. I am quite puzzled by what the interview would be about since this is my first time contacting with UK schools. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Also, what is the salary expectation I should have? My current salary is roughly US$100K. My friends have told me that it would be significantly lower than that. How much lower would it be?

I also heard people talking about RAE and its impact on salary and marketability. What is RAE exactly?

Thx!

I think expatinuk has been a bit harsh... On the salary thing, for example, the answer, which I have not seen here, is that is will depend hugely on the school. If it is LBS sky will be the limit. If it is a post-92 University it will be within national norms. Check out jobs.ac.uk for comparators.

Ithankyou.

yeahbutnobutyeah. You're both right that a lot of this has been done to death before. But B-School specific stuff on the RAE, for example?  Here, the OP might want to check out, for example
