Well, the grant proposal is written (all except for that last edit), including cover letter, budget and budget justification. I also went to the supermarket. I had almost no food in the house, just some pasta, rice and peanut butter!
It was beautiful if a bit breezy (25 mph is "breezy" here) and everyone and their grandmother was out shopping.
And I had nearly finished unloading my shopping cart when I realized I was in the "10 items or less" lane. Oh no! There was no one behind me so I didn't get any dirty looks. Whew.

wild_rose, congrats on finishing the grant! And for escaping the icy glares of other shoppers!
malcha, sometimes real life experience is better than what you can get from books! :)
Doing nothing all day really takes it out of a girl. I'm going to see if I can stay awake until the end of my show - I've already fallen asleep once - and then go to bed.
Good night!

Good morning! Yay, cinnamon buns! Thanks, erictho! I guess I was wrong about the weather. It's bright and sunny this morning. I'd enjoy it more if the middle part of my body didn't feel like it was in a vise grip.
Here's my Thanksgiving break task list (actual tasks and actual completion may vary):
Domestic change sheets on bed rotate mattress do laundry 2X go through closets/drawers donate clothes to Salvation Army clean bathrooms get car inspected and oil changed
Academic read for class1 start book for spring grade class2 papers do stuff for D
Fun go through magazines go to movies go to mall - NOT on Black Friday finally finish fun book

I've just slept till 9 two days in a row. Where is that end of semester adrenaline rush I am going to need so badly?

Morning, Wegie, Erictho, Paddington, and Malcha!
I am awake, have eaten some breakfast, and need to do the dishes before I get in trouble (or before they become sentient).

I've exercised, showered, and laundry has been started. Lunch is almost ready. And it's almost time again for skinny, glittery women to be gliding across the ice. :) There are some items that probably should be added to my list, but I'll leave them off for now.

But we the plump and matte get to stay slumped on our futons, right? I'm just about to brew tea and settle back to copyright. On the way home from church I wickedly bought the first two seasons of Supernatural on DVD at the used books/DVDs store.

We have just put up the Christmas tree, which looks lovely from the outside lighting up the bay window, and we have put the lighted deer Mama gave us in the front yard, and put garland, ribbons, and lights on the railings to the porch and a wreath on the door. Yes, it's way too early but the Jingle Bell run is today in our neighorhood, so we thought we should try to get in the spirit for the crowds milling about.

I can't tell you how much I do not feel like writing a paper about copyright.
