Ok, for those of you who have listened in.  I had a conference with the school one last time, got nowhere, its progressing to the point where I am getting a lawyer to request a court order.

Thanks for reporting back.  Good luck with the request.  Let's hope they give you what you want.

You are among the Pure and Truthful, however small their Number.
My goodness, that was an exceptionally good analysis of the forum.

a lot of students and their parents complained to wharton when they couldn't find jobs last year, I'm not sure if they wanted their degrees revoked or financial restitution but it's completely understandable.  For how much upenn charges they should be somewhat responsible for landing you a job.  sadly math BA never comes with any guarantee however.  My school this year is probably one of the most if not the most expensive a 5% increase in tuition up from a usual 3% not to mention a 7% increase during my sophomore year and like many people I can't help but feel deeply remorseful for the strain I've placed on my parents.  To be honest, I feel pretty cheated and get angry everytime the alumni office calls me asking for donations.

It sounds like either Wharton stopped teaching macroeconomics to its students or the students forgot all about the effect of recessions on employment.  I suspect the later.   Or maybe Skip and Muffy's parents figured that unemployment is only for the hoi poloi.
