Does anyone have experience with teaching college, (not University) level Agriculture in England?  I am looking at several positions at colleges along the Southern Downland.  What are students like (compared to Americans)?  Does anyone know the licensure requirements to teach college level classes?

One of my Ph.D. students is working at an Ag Collage in Shropshire in the Online Learning support area, and the gripes he has about the academics are just the regular gripes I've heard from anyone who works in that kind of support area. With the exception, that instead of hearing about crazy clueless History guy I hear about crazy clueless Chicken man... which does bring a smile to my face as I visualize someone dressed up in a chicken suit.

But then, I'm from South Carolina and I grew up hearing Clemson jokes (Clemson is the Ag school).
