I swear... I've never understood the NO VPL thing. Are you embarassed that you wear underwear? I'd much rather see VPL than a thong strap... or even worse... naked butt through shear linen pants.

I know this thread is ancient but ... I'd rather see none of the above. I'd rather HAVE none of the above. Sometimes commando is just the only way forward. As long as no one knows. But never under sheer linen, obviously.

Go with what is most comfortable. I personally feel a lot more comfortable and confident in pant suits, over skirts. I typically wear a black suit, with a solid color shell or button down. Good luck with your interviews.
