I am getting my two current supervisors (one who is a faculty member at the prospective uni.), and a professor from grad. school.  I feel pretty good about my choices, as I think they can give a well-balanced view of my work.

Over time, I've gotten different people to write my letters.  I've got a letter from a former dept. chair, a letter from a colleague and friend, a letter from a co-author, and letters from people who were in charge of writing "the teaching letter."  If I were interested in leaving my current job, I'd ask my dept. chair (who has access to all my teaching evaluations), a co-author, and the chair at the last place I worked (who told me he wouldn't mind seeing me come back for a one-year position if I got a sabbatical).  Your adviser is a good choice for a letter about your research, if (as your screen name suggests) you're still working on getting the degree.  The teaching supervisor is another obvious choice, and probably expected you to ask him/her for a letter as soon as you started teaching.

Unfortunately, I think conjugate gives good advice.
