Id appreciate hearing how this present snafu is affecting you? I have some friends there, and it sounds awful. Again the civilians suffer. And now there are threats to the electrical grid......

I'd like to add to the list the Israeli and Palestinian universities, as well.

100%. Mind you, for most of them they are not under threat of air bombardment. Land blockades maybe, the odd badly aimed WW2 era stovepipe, but not naval and air bombardment.
Cant we just pump valium into the Jordan or something?
