Hi,
I am applying for a faculty position and need letters of recommendations. the three people I asked said that I should write them and give it to them.
I am at a loss on how to write a recomm - at least I can put what i'm good at and my talents, etc., but are there any people out there that wrote GREAT letters of recommendations for people applying for faculty appoints?
I'm not a new grad. I had several jobs, but the one I lost this past time was due to funding issues. (Obviously I'm a PhD in research.)

Please help!
