Hi all, I was wondering if Northwestern had been in touch with anyone about the Gender Studies position (within English). Seems like we're "allowed" to obsess about specific jobs in this new forum. Unhealthy, perhaps, but it is like scratching an itch.

nobody cares about gender studies. There are no jobs for people who get degrees in such crap.
