I applied to two of the schools you mention, and haven't heard from either of them about the APA.
However, one of them--Franklin and Marshall--mentioned nothing about the APA in their acknowledgment letter. Instead, they said that over the next few weeks, they would be putting together a list of people to bring to _campus_. So it sounded to me like they're not doing APA interviews this year. If that's right, then who knows when they'll get around to sending out their invitations...
