2. were age 40 or above at the time of applying;
3. were not invited for an interview despite your qualifications;
and
4. someone under 40 was hired or the position remained unfilled,
you may have been the victim of age discrimination.
REally? That's all it takes to demonstrate the likelihood of age discrimination? Cause, we need to talk. I think I may have been discriminated for: being too young, wearing brown shoes with a dark suit (really, trust me, it worked), having a bad haircut (dudes, you called too late; I had to go to supercuts), being southern, having once owned a Saab, disliking Masons, listening to Marty Robbins, and many many other things.
