Since everyone is suggesting that you remain positive and smile till your face hurts, I want to warn against overdoing it.  Don't come across as some kind of Stepford candidate.  I think being yourself, even if that includes a little (humorous) crankiness is preferrable.  It has worked for me.  But now that I read all these comments by the "be positive" posters, I wonder if I might have sabotaged myself on an interview or two by not being so consistently cheery.
