This is why some of mine are REALLY short. Accentuate such positive as there is, but no lies.

Also among the "bad" are letters of references that are just full of vague general statements with the student's name dropped in at the beginning but used as template for every student who comes along-- I'm pretty sure I just read one of these....the applicant was male, but one of his professors referred to "her" throughout the second half of the letter.
