Some positions require a Statement of Teaching Philosophy.  I suspect that this is a clearly defined literary genre, rather like a sonnet.  Before I start babbling at random about teaching, I'd like to read a few, so I can get a feel for the rhythm and the rhyme scheme.  Does anyone have any pointers for me?

Thanks.

Here are a few links that helped me in formulating my statement. You can always google 'teaching philosophy statement' for more results.

Hope this helps. Good luck!
