I am interested in teaching courses online. I have a Ph.D. in organizational development. Any idea how I find these jobs?

I taught at a "regular" college for a decade and then quit for an I.T. career. I have just started teaching online at University of Phoenix, and it's not bad. Check out uoponline.com. Good luck.

Yes, many states have a state virtual college (e.g., Michigan Virtual University, Illinois Virtual College, etc.), where you will find a list of colleges that offer online courses.
