Hello. I am just wondering if anyone has any tips for one attempting to enter the job market as a speech/mass-communications instructor. I do not have college-level teaching experience, but I do hold a master's in human communications studies and have worked in the television industry for about eight years. I am located in the Baltimore metropolitan area and am looking to start at a community college to get my feet wet.

If you have any suggestions on how to get started or any leads on speech or communications positions in the Maryland  area, please contact me at kristenjr@hotmail.com thank you.
