Utopia SLAC's school also sounds exactly like the college I went to -- I was explaining the honor code system to one of my undergraduate students just this afternoon who looked at me incredulously when I explained the part about the professors leaving during exams.

In fact, my friends from undergrad who are now profs (there are lots of us) think about the Utopia honor code with great nostalgia.  I'm sure that there were students who cheated - but, the honor code was so firmly woven into the college culture that we all took great pride in it.  I never witnessed anyone cheating in my four years there and never personally even heard of anyone doing it.

It was an incredibly powerful experience --- and one that deeply ingrained high standards of academic honesty.  Like the last poster, I concur that you have little or nothing to fear.  I envy you being there.
