"In love," I would agree with others that it doesn't seem like a good idea to act on these feelings: there are several things that can go wrong here and damage your career, even if you start a relationship with him.

But most importantly, you sound quite distressed from all these, I would advise you to do some brief counseling to help you decide how to handle this issue with the help of an objective professional.
