Controversial Cross Will Regain a Permanent Place in Chapel at William and Mary

A controversial cross that was removed from the College of William and Mary's Wren Chapel will be returned -- in a glass case.

The removal of the 18-inch brass cross last October led to protests, an online petition, and the loss of at least one sizable gift to the public university.
