2 Heirs of Donor Sue Tulane U. to Preserve Its Women's College

Two heirs of the 19th-century donor whose gift created an undergraduate college for women at Tulane University have sued the institution. They say Tulane violated the terms of the donation by dissolving the 120-year-old college and blending it with a college for men as part of efforts to recover from Hurricane Katrina.
