BACKGROUND

If this is about 'equality,' I must ask the following:

In the spirit of being 'equal', will Native Americans (NAs) give up the special privileges they have on the UND campus?

Will they give up the seats reserved for NAs in the School of Medicine? Will they give up the seats reserved for NAs in the School of Nursing? (These seats go to NAs even when applicants with stronger qualifications apply.)

Isn't this "racial profiling" and isn't "racial profiling" illegal?
