Those who argue that they honor Native peoples by using offensive representations in various forms such as mascots, yells, and names do us no honor. It is time we are rid of such insults especially when they are used in institutions of higher learning. It appears respect hasn't been taught to those who continue to support these misguided representations of Native peoples.
