If it is necessary to entice young minds in universities to come more often to libraries by opening coffee bars in the premises, it is about time educators realize, in the Shakespearean phrase, that there is something rotten in Denmark.
If they don't, then maybe we should also give candies, door prizes, and three months interest-free Visa or Mastercharge for students who come to college libraries regularly. If these don't work, we might try having permanent MTV in the libraries. Depending on the success of these projects, we should sell them to Churches which are also complaining about poor attendance.
