The Chronicle: Colloquy: Responses

Peter Singer has challenged us all to live ethically. He has never proposed the death of those who want to live, nor the death of babies with disabilities. The furor over his work, can ONLY have developed amongst people who have NOT read what he has actually written. Second hand, garbled accounts of his philosophy should not be used by political and religious groups to further their own causes. As he reminds us all we must live ethically.
