Virginia's Trustees Take Their Role Seriously

As the Chairman of the State Council of Higher Education for Virginia, I take issue with the characterization of the council's March 10 conference for public college and university trustees as"political interference" ("Virginia Board Members Urged to Become Activists," March 21)....
