| 1) | Review our contract agreement. If terms are
agreeable, sign the contract. |
| 2) | Complete the order form. |
| 3) | Both documents can be faxed to 202-223-6292. Or mail them to: The Chronicle Campuswide Circulation Dept 1255 Twenty-Third St., N.W. Washington, D.C. 20037 |
4) | If payment is not sent with the documents,
you will be sent an invoice. Campuswide access
cannot be provided until payment is received.
The Chronicle tries to provide access within
48 hours of receipt of your payment. |
