The amount of industry interaction at Amity is unparalleled in the academic world. Amity has helped its students, faculty and the Indian corporate community, interact with more global gurus, Nobel laureates and international academicians than any other institution. A few of them include the likes of Tom Peters, Prof. Werner Arber, Sir. Harry Kroto, Dr. Kenichi Ohmae, Philip Kotler, Steven Covey and Edward De Bono.

Over 1500 CEOs and senior executives have visited the campus or interacted with students through various platforms like the CEOs Forum and CEOs Dinner Series, whilst hundreds of senior corporate leaders and alumni are mentors to Amity students.

Amity’s unmatched industry focus has in turn enabled it to forge strong bonds with the industry with leading corporates across different sectors having come to prefer Amity for their on-campus recruitments. Some of these include global conglomerates the likes of McKinsey, Ernst & Young, Microsoft, PWC, HSBC, Oracle to name only a few.

Amity students have also been selected for higher studies/research opportunities in Universities like Harvard, MIT, Stanford and Columbia. This achievement has been the result of one of the largest university career resources team comprising 60 dedicated members of the Amity Corporate Resource Centre that prepares students to secure the right placements and succeed at their work.

Besides, the industry specific Career Advisory Boards consists of leading members of the corporate community to provide students with the guidance for creating a career plan, identifying appropriate employers, setting realistic career goals, and a planned time-table on professional development for the future.

Not surprisingly, Amity also posted a unique recruitment record in this year itself, wherein 1,309 of its students were placed in one single day with Accenture, the global consulting giant, in its biggest ever on-campus recruitment anywhere in the world. Further, over 4,000 students have already received campus placements this year, even as early as 6 months before graduation.

Today the Amity community has expanded across the globe to include a closely networked fraternity of over 30,000 Amitians. Successfully pursuing their career in top organizations or top universities globally. Amity alumni have gone on to become captains of the industry and leaders in their scope of work, research and expertise.
