When Kean University opens its new college in Zhejiang, China, the institution will boast at least one unusual amenity: unrestricted access to the Internet.
At most Chinese institutions, students cannot view controversial Web sites — like pages about the Tiananmen Square massacre and the Falun Gong Movement — because that material is blocked by national Web censors. But Kean University China, which is scheduled to open in 2007, will give students unlimited access to U.S. servers. (CNET News)
