Unshackling the Web

May 12, 2006, 3:07 pm

When Kean University opens its new college in Zhejiang, China, the institution will boast at least one unusual amenity: unrestricted access to the Internet.

But Kean University China, which is scheduled to open in 2007, will give students unlimited access to U.S. servers. (CNET News)
