Setback for ‘Network Neutrality’

May 2, 2006, 12:04 pm

Ted Stevens, Republican of Alaska, who is chairman of the Commerce, Science, and Transportation Committee, introduced a telecommunications reform bill Monday that did not include a "network neutrality" provision supported by academe, technology companies, and consumer groups.
