Representatives of Opera, a Web browser created by Norwegian programmers, have completed a brief tour of U.S. universities in support of their software. The Opera officials met with students and administrators at four institutions, including the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, which have signed contracts with the company that allow students to download the Web browser free.
