A fledgling Web site celebrates people who participate in a longstanding collegiate tradition — getting roaring drunk and making phone calls to friends. Drunk-Dialed, started by a graduate of Westminster College (Mo.), collects alcohol-fueled voice-mail messages, most of which sound as if they’ve been left by hormonal undergrads.
Evidently some Web users are captivated by the sound of twentysomethings rambling incoherently: The site gets about 100 new submissions every month. (Knight Ridder)
