Court Hears Challenge to Calea Rule

A federal appeals-court judge ripped into a lawyer for the Federal Communications Commission on Friday as the lawyer argued that the agency can require colleges and commercial Internet providers to re-engineer their networks so that the government can easily eavesdrop on online communications.
