CNN Second Life Bureau to Serve as Journalism School

CNN executives have announced plans to open a bureau next week in Second Life, according to an article Monday in Mediaweek. The television network reportedly will turn to residents of the “pixelated” world to file reports, and will function like a journalism school for budding citizen journalists, holding weekly meetings directed by CNN employees.—-Andrea L.
