If a new senior-level position is any indication, the Bush administration is taking music and movie piracy pretty seriously. The Department of Commerce officials has announced the creation of an office dedicated to capturing copyright violators—especially those operating in China, where, according to some estimates, 90 percent of commercially available films and albums are pirated.
