With Google wannabees flooding the online marketplace, it’s hardly surprising that a search engine designed for college students would pop up. But IceRocket, designed by a student at Texas Christian University, boasts a few features that might interest undergrads: Visitors can browse an online archive of pictures taken with mobile phones, or search for information contained on Web logs.
And the search engine already has a high-profile patron: Mark Cuban, the co-founder of Broadcast.com and owner of the Dallas Mavericks.
