Cary Sherman, president of the Recording Industry Association of America, is continuing his campaign to persuade colleges to ramp up their antipiracy policies. In a recent essay in a Pittsburgh newspaper, he called on Carnegie Mellon University and the University of Pittsburgh to "foster a climate where creativity is valued and respected" by installing filtering software on the campus network or signing a contract with a legal downloading service.
