‘Liposuction Leftovers Are a Stem-Cell Bonanza’

Need a good use for all that excess flab? Fat left over from liposuction procedures can be turned into stem cells, according to a new study published in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences. (Hat tip to Discover’s “80 Beats” blog.)
