West Virginia State University’s Faculty Senate voted “no confidence” today in Hazo W. Carter Jr., who has been president of the institution since 1987, the Associated Press reports. Tim Ruhnke, chair of the Senate, said faculty members were concerned with “institutional stagnation.”
