U.S. Awards More Than $100-Million for University Research Labs

The Commerce Department announced on Friday more than $123-million in grants from last year’s economic-stimulus measure. The money will be used to build scientific-research facilities at 11 universities and a nonprofit research organization.

Not one of these dollars was spent on a facility west of Lincoln, Nebraska. Wonder who made that happen?
