Union Vote by Faculty in Superior, Wis., Is Sharply in Favor

Faculty members at the University of Wisconsin at Superior have overwhelmingly voted in favor of union representation, making them the first in the state to do so since lawmakers passed a budget last year that gave them collective-bargaining rights.
