None of the proposals to reform health care that are being debated now in Congress consider the needs of health-insurance programs for students, according to a new report by the nonpartisan Lookout Mountain Group. A spokesman for the group, which studies the impact of health reform on college students, warns that the costs of campus health programs could rise and quality might suffer as a result of the proposals.
